Sahara Biryani House

Sahara Biryani House is over in Vishrambag, Sangli. We are on MSEB Road, which is a pretty well-known spot because Walchand College is just right there. Because of the college, we get a lot of students coming in. They are always hungry and looking for something that fits their budget. The smell of the biryani starts to drift out onto the road by late morning. It’s a busy place, especially during lunch hours when the students have their breaks. The kitchen is always loud with the sound of clanking pots and people shouting orders. We’ve been here for a while and the location on MSEB Road has been good for us. It’s not a polished corporate restaurant. It’s a bit cramped sometimes and the noise from the street is always there, but it has character. I spend most of my day making sure we don't run out of ingredients. Sometimes we sell out of the best stuff before the day is even over. We don't bother with fancy slogans. If the food is good, people come back. That's the only rule we really follow. It’s a simple life, honestly. We work hard, we feed people, and we go home. Tomorrow we just get up and do it all over again. It's just a normal biryani shop in a busy college town.
