Prabhat Restaurant & Bar

You can find us on the Main Road in Sangli, right across from the SSC Mall. It is a very busy spot because of the mall and all the shoppers walking back and forth throughout the day. We have been sitting here for quite some time, watching the city grow up around this road. The restaurant and bar is a place where people come when they are finished with their work or just need to sit down for a while. The street noise is always there, especially in the evenings when the traffic picks up. We keep the shutters open and the fans going to try and catch a bit of air. Inside, it is just a normal setup with tables and a bar area that has seen better days, but it is comfortable enough for most. We don't really do anything special to attract people; they just know we are here because of the location. Most of the staff has been here for years and they know the regulars who come in after the mall closes. It gets a bit loud when the place fills up, but that is just how it is. We spend our time restocking the shelves and making sure the kitchen is ready for the night crowd. It is a simple business on a busy road, and we just take each day as it comes without worrying too much about the details.
