Natraj Annex

We are located over on Civil Road in Sangli. If you know where Pushparaj Chowk is, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. This part of town gets quite busy during the workday. Our building isn't anything special to look at, but it serves its purpose. We spend most of our time making sure things are ready for the lunch rush. It gets a bit hectic when everyone comes in at once, but we manage. There are a few of us working here, mostly just doing our jobs and chatting with the regulars. The lighting inside is a bit bright, but it helps us see what we’re doing in the back. We don't have a big social media presence or anything like that. Usually, people just hear about us from their neighbors or coworkers. Sangli is a decent place to run a business like this. You get to know the people who live around Civil Road. We keep the floor swept and the tables wiped down. It’s just a regular routine for us. We start early to get the prep work done before the sun gets too high. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a mess, but people still come in to get out of the wet. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here. It's just a spot to get a meal without any fuss or extra noise. It’s been this way for a long time and we don’t see much reason to change it now.
