Muthayammal College Of Arts And Science is situated in Rasipuram, which is part of the Namakkal district in Tamil Nadu. We’ve been here in the 637408 area for a long time, and the college has become a big part of our daily lives. The campus is a mix of older buildings and some newer additions, but it all feels very much like home to those of us who work here. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy presentations or trying to sound corporate. We’re just a local college where people come to study and spend their time. The weather here can get quite warm, so we spend a lot of our time making sure the fans are working and there’s enough shade for everyone. Our days are filled with the usual activities, like walking between buildings and catching up with colleagues in the hallways. It’s a lot of walking and talking. We have a lot of old files and photos from the history of this place, though they mostly just sit in the back office. We just see it as the place where we work and contribute to the community. It’s not always perfect; sometimes the plumbing acts up or the internet is slow, but we just manage it. It’s a real place with real people, and we just keep moving forward with our daily routines. We're just glad to have a place like this in Rasipuram for everyone to use.
