Kamala College Of Nursing

Our college is situated at No 22/44 on Dr Venkatarao Road in Salem. It is a busy street, especially during the morning hours when everyone is heading to work or school. Kamala College of Nursing has been operating from this spot for years, and we’ve become a regular fixture of the neighborhood. The building is tucked in among other shops and offices, so you might miss it if you aren't looking for the sign. Inside, it's usually filled with students in their white uniforms getting ready for their practicals or sitting in lectures. Nursing is hard work, and you can see that on their faces sometimes, but they seem to enjoy being here together. We don't have a big PR team or anything like that. Most of the stuff gets handled by the office staff who have been here forever. The rooms are basic but they serve the purpose for studying. On Dr Venkatarao Road, there's always the sound of horns and people talking outside, but once you’re inside the classrooms, it gets a bit quieter. we get students from all over Salem and the surrounding villages. They often sit on the steps during their lunch breaks or go to the nearby tea stalls. It’s not a polished corporate setup; it’s a place where people actually work and learn. We just keep things moving, making sure the schedules are followed and the students have what they need to finish their courses.
