You can find us over near Sheopuri Mandi, right by the Pal Kanbohan area. Being near the mandi means it’s always loud and there are always trucks moving in and out. It’s the kind of place where you have to watch where you’re walking because someone is always carrying a heavy load. We handle a lot of different items for export and import. Our warehouse space is usually packed to the ceiling with crates and boxes waiting to go somewhere else. It’s a lot of physical work, checking lists and making sure the right labels are on the right boxes. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning that works all the time. Mostly, we are out on the floor or sitting at a small desk near the door. The air is usually a bit dusty and the noise of the market is just something we’ve gotten used to over the years. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a long time. People know where we are if they need to move goods or get something shipped out. It’s a tough business sometimes, dealing with delays and transport issues, but we just keep at it. There isn't much time for sitting around when there are shipments to clear. It’s a basic operation but it works for what we do. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up when things get too hectic. We just focus on getting the cargo moved correctly and on time without any fuss.
