Ruhal Fruits And Vegetables Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are over at number 66 in Village Biholi. Most of us here grew up around these fields, so starting this producer company felt like the right move for the folks around here. We deal with fruits and vegetables mostly. Some days are just about checking the crop or talking to the other farmers in the area about what’s growing well this season. It gets pretty hot out here, but that’s just how it is. We spend a lot of time organizing things so the produce gets where it needs to go without too much fuss. It isn't always easy, especially when the rain doesn't come when you expect it to. We have our small office space where we handle the paperwork, though we'd all rather be outside. People stop by quite a bit just to see what’s happening. We aren't a big fancy outfit, just a bunch of people from the village trying to make things work better for everyone involved in the harvest. It takes a lot of coordination to keep things moving. We use what we have and try to keep the soil healthy as much as we can. Sometimes we are up before the sun to get the vegetables sorted and packed. It's a lot of manual labor, and our hands are usually dirty by the time breakfast rolls around. That’s just life in Biholi.
