Nanadahandi Farmers Producer Company Limited is located at House No. 314. That’s in Ward No. 02 of Ichhabatiguda. Podarbinda Panda is the one who looks after the place for us. We are a small group of local farmers. Most of us have been working these lands since we were kids. We decided to put this company together to help each other out with the farming business. It’s much better than trying to do everything alone. We meet at the house in Ichhabatiguda to plan out the year. There’s always someone there with a pot of tea and some news about the market prices. We don't have big signs or anything fancy. It's just a regular house in a regular neighborhood. We deal with all kinds of crops depending on what the weather allows us to grow. Some years are better than others, but that’s just farming for you. We don't use any fancy language or complicated computer systems. We just write things down in our ledgers and talk to each other about what works. People around here know us as the Nanadahandi group. We are just trying to make a living and help the other farmers in the area do the same. It's honest work and it takes a lot of effort every single day. If you’re ever in Ward 02, you’ll probably see us sitting out front talking about the next planting or the harvest.
