My place is right on Circular Road in Ranchi City. It’s a very central spot, so there’s always a lot of noise and traffic outside. I’ve been here for many years now, and people in the area know my name. I don't run a big academy with dozens of teachers. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others helping out. My office is quite small and it’s usually piled high with books and student folders. It’s not the most organized place, but I know where everything is. I don't use any modern teaching gadgets like tablets or projectors. I still prefer the old way of using a blackboard and chalk. It’s how I’ve always done it. The students come in shifts throughout the day. We sit together and work through their lessons. It’s a very direct and personal way of teaching. I don't have any fancy brochures or a website to show off. Most people hear about me from other parents in Ranchi. The building is an older one, and the stairs can be a bit tiring after a long day. I stay here from the morning until it gets dark. It’s a simple life, but I enjoy the work. I don't make any big claims about what I do. I just try to help the students understand their books better. It’s a small, local operation and that’s how I like to keep it.
