We just have our local office where we manage everything. It’s a simple setup. Most of the guys here have lived in Ranchi for years, so we know the area well. The office is pretty basic, just desks and some equipment, which is all we really need to get the job done. We don't bother with much decoration or anything like that. It's about the work, not the looks. Traffic in Ranchi can be a bit of a headache sometimes, especially during the middle of the day, but we’re used to it. We just show up, do what needs doing for the day, and that’s about it. It’s a practical way to run a business.
