Our office is tucked away in the H.E.C. Colony in Ranchi, specifically at Quarter Number CD-23/2 in Sector 2. It’s a quiet spot near the Dhurwa post office. We’ve been operating out of this colony for a while now, and it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. Being part of Kalpataru Power Transmission means we are always busy with something related to the lines and towers across the state. Jharkhand has its own challenges, especially with the weather and the terrain, but we’ve gotten used to it. The office here isn't very large. It’s mostly desks and piles of drawings and reports. We aren't big on corporate meetings or things like that. Usually, it’s just a few of us figuring out the next site visit or checking on the supply of parts. The trees around the colony provide some nice shade during the hot summer months. Sometimes the monkeys come by and make a mess, which is just part of the local life here. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just try to get the power infrastructure sorted so things keep running. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work. Most people in the colony know us by now. We take our work seriously but we don't feel the need to shout about it. It’s just a steady job in a quiet part of Ranchi.
