Our office is situated in the HEC Township in Dhurwa, specifically at CD-501/III. Ranchi has a very specific feel, especially in this industrial township area. It’s a bit away from the main city rush, which gives us a bit of breathing room. The building is one of those older structures that feels solid. We haven't done much to the interior other than making sure there are enough chairs for everyone. It’s a working office, not a showroom. You might see some dust on the windows because of the construction work that always seems to be happening somewhere nearby. We are in the Ranchi 04 area. The township has a lot of trees, so it’s actually quite nice to walk around in the evenings. Our daily routine is pretty standard. We show up, have some tea, and get into the files. There’s no big hierarchy here; we just talk to each other across the room. It’s the kind of place where you know the security guard’s name and where the best snacks are sold. We don't have a fancy website or a glossy brochure. We just focus on what needs to be done for Punj Lloyd Limited. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it suits us. The quiet of the township helps us stay focused on the tasks at hand. We like the way the light hits the office in the morning.
