We are located on Peace Road, right across from the Pantaloon Mall at Dangratoli Chowk. Being in Lalpur means we are right in the thick of the city’s energy. It’s a very busy intersection, and there is always something happening right outside our front door. Our office deals with engineering and construction, so we spend a lot of time looking at maps and structural plans. It can get pretty loud with the traffic from the chowk, but we’ve learned to work through it. We have a small team here, and our space is filled with rolls of paper, samples of building materials, and plenty of coffee mugs. It’s not a corporate showroom; it’s a working office where we actually get our hands dirty planning things out. Sometimes we have clients coming in straight from a construction site with mud on their boots, and that’s perfectly fine with us. We aren't worried about looking polished. We just want to make sure the technical side of the projects is solid. Managing the logistics in such a busy part of town can be a challenge, especially when we have to move equipment around. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites, so the office is sometimes empty except for one or two people. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we enjoy the challenge of building things in a growing city like this one.
