You can find us at the office of Sp Devta on Krishnapuri Road 2, number 8, in the Chutia area of Ranchi. Our landmark is the cold store nearby, which helps if you’re lost. This is another spot for Meinhardt Singapore Pte Ltd. We share the space or are located within the Sp Devta premises. It’s a bit of a walk from the main transport hubs, but it’s a solid location for the work we do. The office is practical and doesn't have any unnecessary extras. We have the usual desks and chairs. It’s often a bit messy with blueprints and documents spread out. Chutia is an interesting part of Ranchi, a bit old-fashioned in some ways. We like the character of the place. We don't use any fancy corporate language here. We just show up in the morning and work through our list of things to do. The nearby cold store is a big landmark, so just look for that. We have some local staff who know the area well. Sometimes the power goes out, so we just wait it out or use the backup generator. It’s just how things are here. We aren't interested in looking like a huge firm. We just want to be a reliable place where the work gets finished on time. It’s a simple, hardworking environment for all of us and we like the local feel.
