Our office is located in Shyamali Colony, specifically at E 29, which people around here call Radhey Shyam. It’s a residential-feeling area in Doranda, Ranchi, so it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of the city market. We have been in this building for quite a while. It’s a bit older, with those thick walls that keep it somewhat cool in the Jharkhand heat. We spend our days dealing with various technical logs and administrative tasks. There is nothing particularly fancy about our setup. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of shelves for all the project files we accumulate. The garden outside is a bit overgrown, but it’s nice to look at when we take a break. We don't have a big corporate sign or a lobby with a receptionist. Most people who come here already know where we are. It’s a very grounded way of working. We handle our business, talk to the other departments when we need to, and try to keep things organized. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the paper, but we know where everything is. We like being in Shyamali Colony because it feels like a community. It’s a steady place to come to every morning. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the building; we just want to make sure the work we do is solid and done on time.
