Mecon Ltd

Our team at Mecon Ltd is based in the Executive Management Advisory Division over in Doranda, Ranchi. It sounds like a big title, but we are really just a group of people working in a regular office in Jharkhand. We’ve been at this P.O. Doranda location for a long time. The office is a bit functional, with lots of shelves and old books. We don't have those fancy open-plan offices you see on TV. Instead, we have our own corners where we can focus on the work. It’s a busy place, but not in a flashy way. We spend a lot of time looking at data and talking through different problems. We don’t use any marketing fluff when we talk about what we do. We just say it like it is. Sometimes the printers act up or we run out of biscuits, and we just deal with it. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to do our jobs well. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time. We know each other’s families and what we’re doing over the weekend. It’s a local feel, even if we are part of a bigger name like Mecon Ltd. We just show up, do the best we can with what we’ve got, and go home. There’s no corporate polish here, just a lot of hard work and regular people trying to keep things moving in Ranchi.
