Er. Nearaj Kumar

This is Er. Nearaj Kumar’s place over on Hariar Singh Road. We are situated in the Bariatu part of Ranchi, which most locals know is a fairly active neighborhood. If you are trying to find us, the landmark people usually use is the Hanuman Mandir. It is right near there, so you really can't miss it if you are walking or driving down the main road. The area stays pretty crowded, especially during the festival times when the mandir gets a lot of visitors. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the bells and the people passing by outside our door. Being in 834009 means we get a mix of everything. Sometimes it's a bit dusty with all the construction that seems to be happening around Bariatu lately. We just have our small setup here on the road. It’s not a big corporate office or anything like that. Just a space where we handle what needs doing. We see a lot of the same faces every day since it is a neighborhood where people stay for years. The monsoon season makes the road a bit tricky with all the mud, but that’s just how it is in Ranchi. We mostly just keep our heads down and work. If the chai wallah is around, we might take a break, but otherwise, it is a pretty steady routine here near the temple. It’s a simple life for us here in this corner of the city.
