Ashutosh Marble

Our place, Ashutosh Marble, is tucked away in Gali Number 3 of Sajjan Nagar. It’s just off J.K Road in Kankroli, very close to the bus stop. It’s a handy location because even if you don’t have a car, you can just hop off the bus and walk a few steps to find us. Sajjan Nagar is a quiet enough area, but being near the main road keeps us connected to the rest of Kankroli. We’ve been in this alley for a long time. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when deliveries come in, but we make it work. Our shop is pretty straightforward. We don’t have any big glass windows or fancy lights. It’s just a place where we keep our stock and talk to the people who need it. Most of our customers are folks from right here in the neighborhood or nearby towns. We like the personal feel of being in a small street rather than a big commercial plaza. It allows us to keep things low-key and focus on the work. We aren’t trying to be the biggest shop around, just one that does things right and treats people fairly. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Gali No. 3. The neighbor next door has been there as long as we have, which makes the street feel like home. We’re usually here until late in the evening.
