Gundicha Agro Private Limited operates from a small spot at Flat No-02 in the Omm Shree Laxmi Construction building. This is over in Atala, which is near Jayapur in the Balianta area. It is a bit of a mix between a residential area and the open fields. We do agro work from here, which means a lot of coordination with local growers. The building is easy to find if you know the road. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who handle the day-to-day tasks. Most of our time is spent on the phone or out at the sites. We aren't some big corporation from the city. We are just people who understand the land around Balianta. The office is small and usually filled with samples of soil or seeds. We keep the ledger books on a shelf near the window. Sometimes the cows from the nearby farm wander onto the road and slow things down. It is a quiet life but we stay busy. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help with agro needs and try to be fair with everyone. The sun sets behind the construction building and that is usually when we wrap up. It is honest work and we are happy to be doing it right here in Jayapur. We try to keep everything simple and straightforward for the folks who come to see us.
