Anusandhan Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are over here in Pipili, based out of Pratima Das’s place. Most of us grew up around these fields, so starting Anusandhan Farmer Producer Company Limited felt like the next logical step. It isn't a fancy setup. We spend most of our mornings checking on the crops and talking to the other folks nearby about what’s growing well this season. Sometimes the weather doesn't play nice, but that is just part of life here. The office is really just a room where we keep our papers and meet up when the sun gets too hot. We started this because doing things alone was getting harder for everyone. Now, we try to coordinate a bit better. Pipili is a busy area, and there is always someone coming by to ask about seeds or what we are doing with the latest harvest. It’s mostly just hard work and a lot of tea in the afternoons. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, the local farmers, trying to make sure our produce gets where it needs to go without too much trouble. If you walk past the house, you'll likely see a few of us sitting outside discussing the rain or the market prices. It’s a quiet way of doing business, but it works for us. We keep things simple because that’s what we know. There's no use pretending to be something we aren't, so we just keep at it day by day.
