Yummy Rolls Center

We are located over on Satara Road in Kharadi, mostly serving people who are on their way home from work. The shop is small, mostly just a kitchen and a counter where we wrap up the rolls in paper. We started Yummy Rolls Center because we liked eating them ourselves. It gets really hot near the griddle, especially in the summer months. We use a lot of onions and spices, so the whole area usually smells like frying vegetables and meat. Sometimes the line gets long and people have to wait on the sidewalk, but we try to move as fast as we can. My brother handles the dough while I do the fillings. We’ve had a few burnt edges here and there, but we’re getting better at the timing. It’s a loud street with all the traffic passing by, so you have to speak up when you order. We don't have fancy plates or anything, just the rolls and some spicy chutney on the side. We usually stay open late until the last of the commute dies down. Sometimes we run out of eggs or paneer before we close up for the night. It’s a lot of standing on your feet all day, but it’s what we do. The sign out front is a bit faded from the sun, but people still find us easily enough near the turn. We just keep our heads down and keep the rolls coming for whoever stops by.
