Utsav Foods is located at S. No. 27 in Kondhwa Bk. It’s a part of town that has changed a lot over the years. We started this because we wanted to do something with food, and this spot seemed as good as any. The kitchen and storage area take up most of the space. It’s always a bit warm inside because of the machinery and the cooking. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything. People mostly come to pick up orders or we send them out. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights. Dealing with food means you can't really take many breaks. We have a small group of people working here, and we all pitch in with everything. One day I might be doing the accounts, and the next I’m helping pack boxes. It’s hands-on work. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just make the food, pack it, and sell it. Sometimes the delivery van breaks down and we have to scramble, but that’s part of the job. It's a simple life here in Kondhwa. We just focus on the daily tasks and hope for a bit of rain to cool things down. It’s not a big corporation, just a local business trying to do things right and stay busy.
