Choco Bite

You can find us over at Choco Bite, right in the White House building on Tilak Road. We’re in room 202. It’s a busy spot, and there is always something going on in the hallways here. We spend most of our time working with chocolate and sweets. Sometimes the smell of cocoa is so strong it stays on your clothes all day. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a massive factory with robots or anything like that. Most of the work is done by hand by a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. Tilak Road gets quite crowded, so getting supplies in and out is sometimes a bit of a puzzle. We just make do with the space we have. There are no fancy meetings here. We just show up, look at what needs to be made, and get to it. Sometimes we try out new things, and they don't always turn out how we thought, but we just keep going. It’s a messy job sometimes, especially when the weather is hot and things start melting before they should. We have a few regular customers who stop by. We aren't a big corporate brand. We are just a local shop trying to make things that taste good. It’s hard work, but we like the routine of it. That’s pretty much the whole story of Choco Bite and how we spend our time on Tilak Road.
