We are located at number 69 in Alandi Devachi. If you know the area, we are right by the New Cutlery Market and pretty close to the Pitri Ganpati Mandir. It’s a busy spot, especially on days when there are a lot of people visiting the temple. The hall here is where we spend most of our time. It’s a traditional kind of setup for weddings and family events. We have the usual things you’d need, like a kitchen area for the caterers and a main hall where everyone sits. It’s not a quiet place because of the market being right there, but that’s part of the charm of being in this part of town. Sometimes the traffic outside is a mess, so we tell people to come early. We’ve been running this karyalaya for quite some time now. My day usually starts with checking the booking register and seeing who is coming in for a site visit. We don't have a big staff, so we do a lot of the work ourselves. Sometimes the paint looks a bit old, but we try to keep it clean. People like that it’s near the temple because it makes things easier for the rituals. It’s just a regular local business. We aren't trying to be something we aren't. We provide the space, and people bring their families and celebrate. That's pretty much the whole story of this place. We just try to keep the water running and the floors swept every single morning.
