Yogesh Shivaji Nikam

Our spot is over in Shivaji Nagar, specifically in the 920/921 building on Vatva Road. It’s a busy little area, right near Shastrinagar and the Veer Bajiprabu Primary School. You can usually hear the kids playing during their break times, which gives the whole street a bit of life. I’m Yogesh Shivaji Nikam and I've been working out of this location for quite some time now. The building is older but it does the job just fine. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. It’s more of a walk-in kind of place where things stay pretty informal. The road outside can get a bit crowded with scooters and cycles, especially when the school lets out in the afternoon. We mostly just keep to our work and try to stay organized. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We have tea together in the morning and talk about what needs to get finished by the end of the day. Some days are slower than others, but that’s just how it goes when you run a local business. People from the neighborhood stop by to say hello or ask for directions because everyone knows this corner. It’s a comfortable place to be. If you are coming down Vatva Road, just look for the school and we are right there. It’s easy to find once you get into the lane.
