We are located at 1164 Sadashiv Peth, over in the Kalthiya Industrial Estate. It’s quite near the Hatti Ganpati, which is a very famous spot. Our office isn't what you’d expect for a finance place. It’s in an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of machinery or trucks moving in the background. We spend a lot of time looking at numbers on screens and explaining things to people who come in. Many of our clients are just regular folks from the neighborhood who want to know what to do with their savings. We don't use a lot of big words or try to confuse anyone. We sit at the wooden table, have some tea, and go over the papers together. The office can get a bit cramped when more than two people visit at once, but we make it work. Sadashiv Peth is a crowded part of town, so parking is always a headache for anyone driving here. Most people just walk or take a rickshaw. We’ve been here long enough that the nearby shop owners are like friends. It’s a busy, noisy, and honest place to work. We don't have fancy marketing materials. Most people find us because someone else told them we were okay to deal with. It’s just a day-to-day grind of keeping things organized for the people who trust us. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the tax forms or double-check the latest entries in our books.
