Pradnya Savargaonkar

I’m Pradnya Savargaonkar, and my place is located in Shaniwar Peth, specifically at 382/408 Pate Height. It’s right near Suyog Mangal Karyalaya, so it’s not too hard to find if you know that landmark. Shaniwar Peth is an old part of the city, and I like the vibe here. It’s busy but feels traditional. My office is inside Pate Height, which is a decent building. I’ve been here for a while now, doing my work and meeting people from around the neighborhood. It’s not a huge corporate office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a comfortable space where I can focus. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside when there’s a wedding or a function at the Karyalaya, but that’s part of living in this area. I handle everything myself, from the paperwork to meeting folks who stop by. I don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what I do. I just try to be helpful and get the work done properly. People around here know me, and I like that personal connection. If you're coming over, just look for the sign near the entrance. The stairs are usually the fastest way up. It’s just me in a small office, trying to make things work in a busy part of town. I don't have a big marketing plan, just my name on the door and a desk where I spend most of my afternoons.
