Rahul A Chincholkar

This is just me, Rahul A Chincholkar, working out of my place at B-108 in Chinchwad. It’s not a big corporate firm with a hundred employees. It’s just a one-man show mostly, though I get help when things get too busy. I’ve been in Chinchwad for a long time and decided to set up here. People usually call first before coming over to B-108. I handle a lot of paperwork and technical details that most people find boring. My desk is usually covered in folders and notes. I don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most folks find me through word of mouth from someone else in the neighborhood. I try to be straightforward with everyone who walks in. Chinchwad is a good area to work in because everything is close by. Sometimes I’m out of the office for meetings, so the place stays locked up. It’s a quiet way to work, which I prefer. I don’t use big words or try to impress anyone. I just do the job that needs doing. If you live around here, you probably know the building. It’s a simple setup for a simple business. I’m just a guy doing his work and helping out the locals with their requirements. No corporate polish here, just me and my work files. It’s a steady routine that seems to suit the people who come to me.
