We are based at the Weikfield Estate on Nagar Road. It’s a pretty large area, and we have our own space here where all the daily operations happen. Unlike those tiny offices in the city center, we actually have a bit of room to move around. The estate has a lot of movement throughout the day with vehicles coming in and out to drop off supplies or pick up finished products. Weikfield Product Company Pvt Ltd has been here for quite some time, so we’re well-settled into the rhythm of the place. The office part is functional, nothing too fancy, just where we keep the records and handle the logistics. Most of our staff are locals who have been with us for years. We spend our mornings going over the schedules and checking the inventory. It can get a bit loud with the traffic from Nagar Road, but you get used to it after a while. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with long meetings and fancy presentations. We just focus on the tasks at hand and make sure everything is moving along as it should. It’s a practical way of working. There’s always someone checking the crates or talking to the drivers. We keep our coffee machine running all day because it’s a busy place and we need to stay alert. It’s just a steady, busy environment where everyone knows their job.
