Offbeat Foods Pvt Ltd, Pune

We are located at B2/14 in Shivtara Garden on Gandhi Bhavan Road. This is in Kothrud, which is a really active part of Pune. Since we are in the food business, our days start pretty early. We have to get everything ready before the lunch rush begins. Our kitchen isn't very big, so it gets pretty crowded and hot when everyone is working at once. We’ve been in Kothrud for several years now and we know a lot of the neighbors. We aren't some massive food chain with a fancy office. We are just a small team of people who like making food. Some days are great and everything goes perfectly, and other days we run out of something important and have to rush to the market. That’s just the way it is when you're running a small company. We don't use any complicated words to describe our food. We just try to make it taste good and get it out on time. The office part of our space is just a desk in the corner with a laptop and a lot of receipts. We spend more time on our feet than sitting down. It’s hard work and your clothes usually smell like onions by the end of the shift, but we don’t mind it much. We’re just a local Pune business doing our best with what we have.
