Rainbow Garnishers Pvt. Ltd. is based out in the MIDC area of Bhosari. We are at W-42 in the T-Block, which is a very industrial part of the city. If you’ve ever been to Bhosari, you know it’s all about the factories and the trucks moving in and out all day long. The air always has that smell of grease and metal from the surrounding units. Our place is a bit of an island in the middle of all that heavy industry. We deal with garnishers, so things are a bit different inside our doors compared to the machine shops next door. It’s a functional space, built for work rather than looking pretty. The walls are plain and the floors are hard, but it’s what we need for the business. Being in the MIDC means we have to deal with the power cuts and the dust that comes from the main road. The workers usually have their lunch outside in the small shade we have when the sun is too much. We get a lot of delivery vans coming through the T-Block, and sometimes the roads get blocked with big trailers. It’s a busy, gritty environment, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Bhosari. We just focus on getting our orders processed and sent out to the clients who are waiting for them. It’s a lot of packing and checking, but that is the job.
