D J Foods Pune

D J Foods Pune is run out of a place in Karve Nagar. Specifically, we are at C/O S Kshytriy, A3 Audumber Colony. If you know the area, it’s on Galinde Path. It is not a big factory or a commercial kitchen you might imagine. It’s more of a home-based operation in a quiet colony. We’ve been here for some time now. The pin code is Pune 52. Every morning starts with getting the ingredients ready and starting the cooking. The whole hallway in Audumber Colony usually smells like whatever we are making that day. It’s a small team, just a few of us handling everything from the cooking to the packing. Karve Nagar is a nice place, but parking near Galinde Path can be a real pain if you have a car. Most of our deliveries go out on bikes because it’s faster. The office part is just a small desk with a lot of papers and registers. We don’t use any fancy software; we just write things down. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen during the summer months, but we have a couple of fans that help a bit. We don't have a big sign outside, so people usually have to look for the A3 door. It’s just a simple, local food business trying to get things done every day without too much fuss. We like being in this part of Pune. We have stayed small on purpose.
