Drushti Foodengine

Drushti Foodengine is located over in Chakan, inside the Vishal Garden complex. We are in Flat No. A 303, which is a bit different than having a shop right on the street level. Being on the third floor means it stays a little quieter than the main road, but you still hear the industrial sounds of Chakan in the background. It is a busy area with a lot of growth, but our corner of Vishal Garden feels more like a regular neighborhood. We spend most of our hours in the flat managing the daily tasks that keep things moving. There is always some paperwork to do or phone calls to handle regarding the food engine operations. The space is filled with the equipment we need, and it gets a bit tight when we are at our busiest. We have gotten to know the security guards and the other residents in the A wing pretty well over the months. It is not a corporate office with a big glass front; it is just a flat where the work gets done every day. Sometimes the lift is slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. We start early when the sun is just coming up over the buildings and usually wrap things up when the evening traffic starts peaking outside. It’s a simple, regular way to run a business in a place like Chakan.
