Flavouritz

We are located in Pimpri, specifically in the Akshay Society over in S.T. Nagar. Our address is 530/3019 if you're looking for us. It’s a local spot where we focus on different flavors and food stuff. The kitchen is usually where all the action happens, and it can get pretty warm in there when the stoves are going. We aren't a massive factory; we’re just a small outfit trying to make things that people actually want to eat. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to rush to the local market, or the delivery truck gets stuck in Pune traffic. That's just how it goes for us. The society is mostly families, so we try not to make too much noise early in the morning. We've got a few people working here who really know their way around a recipe. It isn't always organized perfectly, and there are days when the sink is full of dishes, but we get through the orders. We’ve been in this part of Maharastre for a while now. Most of our neighbors know the smell of whatever we’re cooking that day. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy storefront. It’s just us in a regular building, doing the work we know how to do. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn to dusk. We just want to get the flavors right.
