You can find us over in Warje Malwadi at the Yashodeep Society. We are right near Doodh Ka Terrace and the Shiv Prasad Niwas building. It’s a bit of a climb if you are coming from the main road near Chandni Chowk, but it’s not too bad once you know the shortcut. The studio is small and mostly filled with backdrops, tripod stands, and old camera bags. We spend a lot of time sitting at the computer doing edits or charging up batteries for the next shoot. It gets pretty busy around here during the wedding season, and there are always memory cards scattered across the desk. We don't really have a big staff, just a couple of us who handle the cameras and the printing. Sometimes the lights act up or the backdrop gets a wrinkle we have to iron out. People from the society often pop in just to chat or ask about their photos from the last month. We try to keep things simple and just focus on taking the shots people asked for. The neighborhood is quiet during the day, which is nice when we are trying to concentrate. It’s a basic setup, nothing too modern, but it works for what we do. We’ve been in this part of Warje for a long time now and we've seen a lot of families grow up through our lens.
