Prathamesh Manmode'S Photography

I have been working out of the Aundh area for quite some time now. Photography isn't just about clicking a button, as anyone who does it for a living knows. It is a lot of carrying heavy bags and waiting around for the right light. Aundh has some nice spots if you know where to look, though it is getting more crowded every year. I do not have a big fancy studio with a neon sign out front. Usually, I am out on location or sitting at my desk editing for hours. My eyes get tired of the computer screen after a while. I started doing this because I liked catching moments, and now it is just my daily life. I meet a lot of different people, which is the best part of the job. Some are shy, while others cannot stop talking. I just try to make them feel okay while I have a lens pointed at them. My gear is well-worn from use. I do not buy the newest stuff every month; I just use what works for me. Sometimes the weather here doesn't cooperate, and we have to reschedule things. That is just part of the deal. I spend a lot of time walking around Aundh, looking at how the sun hits the trees or the buildings. It is a quiet kind of work most of the time. I like the independence of it. (246 words)
