Rohan Nerlekar'S Photography

I’ve been doing photography for a while now, and you can find me around Dhole Patil Road in Kasba Peth. Rohan Nerlekar'S Photography isn’t a huge corporate studio with tons of lights and assistants. It’s mostly just me and my gear. Kasba Peth is an old part of town, so there’s always something interesting to see or someone walking by. I keep my equipment ready and spend a lot of time out on shoots or sitting at the computer editing the files. My workspace is pretty simple. It’s got a desk, some backup drives, and a few prints on the wall from past jobs. I don’t really follow a strict nine-to-five schedule because photography doesn't always work like that. Sometimes I'm out early for the light or staying late to finish a batch of photos. People around here know where to find me if they need some pictures taken. I try to keep things relaxed when I’m working. Nobody likes a stiff atmosphere when they’re trying to look natural in front of a lens. I’ve lived around here long enough that I know the shortcuts and the best spots for a quick lunch. It’s a busy neighborhood, and there’s always noise coming from the street, but you get used to it after a day or two. I just enjoy the process of capturing things as they are without making a big fuss about it.
