Vyanjan Pure Veg

Our place is right there at Shop No 4 in the N K Image Building. If you know Tilak Road in Sadashiv Peth, you know it gets pretty crowded around here. We are just across from the ICICI Bank. It’s a pure veg spot, nothing fancy, just the kind of food we grew up with in Pune. I started this because I liked the idea of a simple kitchen. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just me and a couple of guys in the back. We open up early to get things ready for the lunch crowd. A lot of people from the bank come over when they have a break. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty with all the foot traffic, but we sweep it up when we can. We use local vegetables from the market nearby. The menu hasn't changed much in years because people seem to like it that way. It's a small space, so you might have to wait for a stool during the rush. We don't mind if you just want a quick bite and leave. It’s a practical business for practical people. We don’t do the whole fine dining thing. It’s just a neighborhood joint where the tea is strong and the snacks are fresh. If you are around Sadashiv Peth, you can just walk in and see for yourself. We're just regular people making food every day for the locals.
