Vishwavilas Biryani House

Vishwavilas Biryani House is right on the Pune Nasik Road in Bhosari. The area code is 411039. It is a very busy stretch of road and there is always a lot of dust and noise from the passing traffic. Our shop is quite small and we have a few benches for people to sit on. We focus mostly on our big pots of biryani that we start cooking early in the morning. You can usually smell it from down the street before you even see our sign. It is a family-run thing and we don't have any fancy training or corporate background. We just learned how to cook from our parents and kept it going. The floor is concrete and the walls have a few marks here and there from years of use. We don't mind it because it shows we have been busy. Most of our customers are workers from the nearby industrial areas or people driving through Bhosari on their way to Nasik. We don't have a big menu. We just do a couple of things and try to get them right every day. Sometimes we close early if the pots are empty. That is just how it works here. We are not trying to be the biggest place in Pune. We are just happy to have a spot on the road where people can stop and eat something before they continue their long journey.
