Vinca Institute

Vinca Institute is located at 711 New Life Centre on Shankar Sheth Road. This part of Bhawani Peth stays quite crowded throughout the day. We are right opposite Kumar Pacific Mall, so there is always a lot of movement and traffic nearby. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view of the Pune 411042 area, though we mostly focus on what is happening inside the office. The New Life Centre is a known building around here, which helps since the road outside can get a bit confusing for people who do not live in this part of town. It is a simple setup inside. We do not have any big flashy signs, just the usual office door. The mall across the street is a good landmark if you are coming by bus or rickshaw. Sometimes the parking on Shankar Sheth Road is a bit of a headache, but that is just how it is in this neighborhood. We spend our mornings getting things ready for whoever is coming in. It is a practical space, nothing too fancy or polished. Most of the time it is just the sound of the fans and the distant traffic from the mall side. We have been in Bhawani Peth for a while and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the street. It is a decent place to work from. We try to keep things tidy but it is a busy office, so there is always some paper or books lying around.
