Dinamic Engineers

Dinamic Engineers is located in Pune, specifically over in the Nava Housing Society area of Chinchwad. We’re based out of a place that feels very much like a community, which is nice since Chinchwad is such a big industrial hub. Our setup is pretty simple, handled by Iranna I Shettar and the rest of us here. We spend our time working on engineering problems, mostly dealing with mechanical parts and designs. The workshop can get a bit noisy when the machines are running, and there’s usually a thin layer of oil or metal shavings on the benches. It’s the kind of place where we wear overalls and don’t mind getting our hands dirty. We aren't a massive firm with a lobby or a receptionist; if you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-project with a wrench or a technical drawing in hand. The Gurudwar nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We take on various small and medium engineering tasks, fixing things that broke or making new parts from scratch. It’s honest work that requires a lot of patience and a bit of trial and error sometimes. We don’t make big promises or use corporate talk. We just look at the job, see what’s needed, and get to work using the tools and experience we’ve gathered over the years. It is a good way to spend the day.
