Our place for Neilsoft Ltd. is located at 284/3, Shivam. We are right near the Saraswatibai Gawade School in Keshavnagar, Chinchwad. It’s a busy little corner of Pune, especially in the 411033 area. Being so close to a school means the mornings are full of the sounds of parents dropping off kids and the afternoon is just as lively. Shivam is a building that blends right into the neighborhood. It’s not a shiny corporate tower. It’s a solid, practical building where we’ve set up our desks. We have been in Keshavnagar for a while, and we like the vibe of the place. It’s more of a residential and local commercial mix. Our office isn't full of gadgets or fancy furniture. We just have what we need to get our work done. Most of us know the local tea seller and the small shops on the corner. We don't use any complicated systems to manage things; we just talk to each other and handle the tasks as they come. It’s a very human way of working. The address is easy to remember once you know where the school is. We aren't looking to grow into a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We like our small spot here in Chinchwad. It’s a place where we can be ourselves and focus on the day’s work without any distractions or corporate pressure.
