Onward Technologies Ltd., Pune

We’ve been based out of the Virendra Complex on Paud Road for a while now. If you know Kothrud, you know how busy this stretch can get, especially during the morning rush when everyone is heading to work. Our office is up on the third floor, specifically Flat No-7. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we get our tech work done without much fuss. Most days involve a lot of screen time and some quick tea breaks downstairs. Being in Pune, the weather usually cooperates, though the parking around the complex can be a real headache sometimes. We chose this spot because it's central for the staff living around this side of the city. It’s a bit of a climb if you aren’t used to it, but we like the view of the street from up here. We don't have a big reception area or shiny signs everywhere. It's just a group of us sitting at desks, working through whatever projects are on the list for the week. People often drop by because they’re already in the area for errands. It’s got that typical Kothrud feel—old residential buildings turned into work hubs. We keep things pretty simple and don’t really go for the corporate lifestyle. Most of the time, the office is just filled with the sound of typing and the occasional argument about where to order lunch from. It’s a decent place to spend the day.
