Varma Enterprises is based at 354 Sadashiv Peth. If you know the Peth areas of the city, you know how narrow the lanes are and how busy the streets get every single day. We have been tucked away in this building for quite a long time now. It is an older part of town, and our office definitely reflects that. It is not a modern space with glass walls. Instead, we have old wooden desks and fans that have been humming for years. We handle all kinds of different business tasks from this small room. Most of our day is taken up by answering the phone and talking to people who walk in from the street. Because we are right here in Sadashiv Peth, we get a lot of local foot traffic from people running errands. We do not have a big marketing budget or anyone managing social media for us. We just rely on being open every day and doing our work the right way. People in this neighborhood seem to appreciate that straightforward approach. We know the rhythms of the local market and we know our neighbors well. Sometimes getting deliveries into this area is a real challenge because of the traffic, but we always find a way to manage it. It is a traditional way of working, and that suits us just fine. We are happy right here in the heart of the Peth.
