It’s a bit of a quiet lane compared to the main roads nearby. I usually get here around nine and start by tidying up the workspace. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who have been working together for a while. The office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It’s just a functional place with some tables and a lot of books and papers. We don't have any polished slogans or marketing goals to talk about. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the neighbors pop in for a quick chat since everyone knows everyone else in this part of Ganesh Nagar. The building is older but it has a certain character that we like. On hot afternoons, the fan hums in the background while we sort through our daily tasks. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get through our to-do list and be useful to the people who come looking for us. It’s a very local, down-to-earth way of doing things and that suits our small team just fine.
