Usha Biryani House is over in Kasba Peth in Pune. We are located at Survey No 1098/99. If you are looking for us, we are right at Pavale Chowk. The mutton market is very close by, which is convenient for what we do. Kasba Peth is one of the older parts of the city, so the lanes are a bit narrow and always full of people. There is a certain energy in this area that you don't find in the newer parts of Pune. Our shop is quite simple. We don't have fancy decorations or modern furniture. It is just a place where we cook and serve biryani. Every morning we get things started before the market even gets busy. The smell of the spices usually starts filling the air around Pavale Chowk pretty early. Being near the mutton market means we see a lot of the local vendors and regulars every day. It is a very traditional neighborhood. We have been part of this community for a long time now. We don't use any complicated systems. We just stick to our routine and make sure the food is ready when people start coming in for lunch. It gets loud with the traffic and the voices from the market, but we don't mind. It is just a regular local spot where we work hard and keep things practical. We appreciate the people who stop by daily.
