Our location is at No. 164/5, right on the Mumbai Pune Highway in Wakad. Being on the highway means we get a lot of trucks passing through at all hours. It’s a very industrial area, so there’s always something going on with the roads or the buildings nearby. This isn't a fancy corporate office; it’s more of a functional site where we handle the cement side of things. There’s a lot of dust, as you can imagine, and the sound of the traffic is constant. We spend most of our time coordinating loads and checking on the inventory in the yard. It’s a lot of physical work and staying on top of the logistics. The sun beats down on the highway pretty hard, so it stays hot out there. We’ve got a small area where we keep the records, but mostly we are out where the action is. People usually find us because we are right on the main route. We don't really have a formal way of doing things, we just react to what needs to be done each day. The team here is small but we’ve worked together long enough to know the drill. Sometimes the highway gets backed up for miles and it slows everything down, which can be frustrating. We just wait it out and keep moving when we can. It’s just a regular site on a busy road, nothing more to it than that.
