Thopte Lawns Mangal Karyalay

Thopte Lawns Mangal Karyalay is located in Pimpri Colony, right on the Banasawadi Main Road 411017. We have a large open area that people use for weddings and other family functions. It is a very local kind of place. Most of our day is spent maintaining the grounds. We have to make sure the grass is cut and the trash from the previous event is all cleared away. It is a lot of outdoor work, so we are often out in the sun. The main road is always busy with traffic, so there is a constant hum of engines in the background. We have a basic building for the karyalay part, but the lawn is the main attraction. Setting up hundreds of chairs and moving the heavy tables takes a lot of effort every time there is a booking. We don't have any corporate office or anything like that. People just come to the gate to talk to us about dates and prices. We try to keep things simple for the families who come here. There is always some repair work to do, like fixing a leaky tap or painting a fence. It is a straightforward business that keeps us occupied throughout the year. We have been part of the Pimpri community for a long time and we just focus on keeping the space ready for the next group that needs it.
