The Bullocks Restaurant - Pub

The Bullocks Restaurant - Pub is located at 01 Uttam Towers. We are right on Nagar Road, which stays pretty busy most of the time. This place is a mix of a restaurant and a pub, so we handle a bit of everything throughout the day and evening. Being in the 411014 area means we get people coming in after work or just locals stopping by for a drink. The building is easy enough to spot if you are driving down the main road. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us working the floor and the bar. It gets a bit hectic on weekends but we manage. We aren't trying to be the fanciest spot in town, just a place where you can sit down and have something to eat or a beer. The interior is simple. We spend most of our time cleaning up and getting ready for the next shift. Nagar Road has a lot of traffic, so it can be noisy outside, but inside it’s okay. We’ve been at Uttam Towers for a while now. Some days are slow, some are fast, that's just the business. We don't do much advertising or anything like that. People just know where we are. It’s a straightforward setup for anyone looking for a meal or a place to hang out for an hour or two. We just keep the lights on and the drinks cold.
