Testy Tangy Twisty

You can find Testy Tangy Twisty over in Pimpri, right near the Ayyappa Temple and directly opposite Janata Footwear. It’s a lively part of town, especially in the evenings when people are out shopping or visiting the temple. Our shop is pretty small, and we spend most of our time in the kitchen area dealing with the heat and the orders. The name is a bit of a mouthful, but we just focus on getting the food out to the people waiting. We don't have a lot of fancy seating, so people often end up standing around or leaning against the counter while they eat. The smell of frying and spices is pretty thick in the air, which is just how it is in a place like this. We keep a close eye on the stock, making sure we have enough of everything before the evening rush hits. Across the street, the guys at Janata Footwear are always busy too, so there’s a lot of back and forth on this road. Sometimes the traffic gets backed up right in front of us, and the honking can get pretty loud. We don’t have a big corporate manual or anything; we just learn as we go and try to keep things moving. It’s a messy, busy, and honest way to make a living. We’re just here every day, doing our thing in the middle of Pimpri near the temple, trying to keep the plates clean.
